A reservation is only considered "BOOKED"upon confirmation from WolfHorse Outfitters that we have a completed Registration Form and Waiver for each person, along with the 50% non-refundable payment for your ride/trip/tour. The balance in full is due no later than one week prior to your start date. And, a phone call from you/client confirming one week prior to start date is also a requirement.
APrior to any activity, it is mandatory that we receive a completed Waiver of Liability for each person. Please download, complete it and mail it or bring it prior to your ride, trip, or tour. Our weight limit for riders is 220lbs maximum. Pregnancy is contraindicated for riding.
Cancellation results in loss of deposit. Change in a confirmed reservation date is treated as a cancellation. Closure by the U.S. Forest Service is treated as a cancellation, although we welcome rescheduling. Not confirming or paying balance due one week prior to start time is considered a cancellation and forfeit of deposit. Phone is (575) 534-1379

We reserve the right to cancel or alter the trip should circumstances jeopardize safety. Circumstances may include, but are not limited to, floods, snow, fire, other natural or environmental disasters, or human conflict. Should these circumstances cause WolfHorse Outfitters to cancel, the deposit and any additional payments will be refunded in full within 30 days. Closure by the U.S. Forest Service is not considered a cancellation by WolfHorse Outfitters.
To avoid cancellation and forfeiture of payments already made, each and every reservation must be confirmed by balance due WolfHorse Outfitters paid in full and direct phone contact one week prior to start time. (575) 534-1379
